My daughter is on a mission trip that doesn't allow her access to the gym she loves so much and she requested a jump rope as an easy travel solution to keep her fit. This jump rope is a winner. We liked that it came with a nice storage pouch which is beneficial when traveling. It also comes with 2 cables that can be cut to the desired length and replaced if needed. The handles silicone grip is comfortable and helps you keep a good hold when in use. The cable are easy to install and the ball bearings help you have a fast and easy rotation. Self locking design works well. After using it for the first time for boxing, the cable creased in my gym bag. Not a huge deal but keep in mind that if it is not coiled up nicely, you will probably have the same issue. The wire is more stiff than anything. I thought it would be more like a stereo wire, thin and super flexible,. It would probably be fine if hung up after using or carefully stored.

This can make a pro out of any jump rope enthusiast. I can jump better on this than on any other jump rope. It is really the best jump rope I've ever had and I've had dozens of them.Adjusts easily and the cable locks in place at the desired length. The handles are easy to grip. The cable just flies through the air and somehow you can manage to be a much better jumper when using this.

I have been looking for a jump rope to add to my home gym and this one is just perfect! The handles are lightweight and easy to hold. Everything turns really easily which makes it easy to use—even for this non-seasoned, out of practice jump-roper. The “rope” is a bit thinner than I was expecting and looks more like a wire or cord but I liked it and it works great! It makes it easy to store away compactly and the included bag is great as it fits nicely in the basket I have in the gym for extra gym accessories. It was easy to put together and I love the easy adjustability and that there are two lengths included, so you can really adapt it to your needs.

The design of the handles for this jump rope is really slick. It's slim and easy to hold. The self-locking design is such slick feature for a jump rope. All that's required is pushing the rope into the handle and that's all. To pull out the rope, just push in the tip of the handle and the rope will be release. This is hands down the easiest to adjust jump rope I've ever used. The package came with 2 set of ropes, they are very thin wires with plastic coating. The wire gives the jump rope good weight and also cuts through the air quickly. Double unders are pretty easy to do with this one.

The grips on this jump rope sold me as opposed to the ones with foam handles. These feel very comfortable and should hold up to years of sweat unlike the foam grips. The bearing in the handles are very smooth. I might have likes a slightly thicker cable, but this one was good enough. I might buy a second one for the wife, but it did come with 2 cables and they are easily interchangeable, so this will suffice for now. You will need a cable cutter of some sort to adjust the initial length of the cable.

This is made well and I love the way it is adjusted through the spring loaded connection through the handle. Makes it super simple to adjust the length of the rope. The handles have a nice rubber, non-slip grip and are comfortable. The handles have decent spin, but not perfect... there seems to be a little friction when turning. For someone that double unders have eluded, this is not a miracle worker, but it does work well as a jump rope. My only slight negative is the handles are a little on the heavier side (all metal with the rubber handhold). Overall, this performs well and is very reasonable priced for what you get.
