There's nothing fancy about this, it just does the work and does the work pretty well. It's just a simple one piece metal that has places where you can hang things. This was advertised as a gym storage organization but you could use it for many different things around your house. I used it to hang tools in the garden and it works just as fine. The installation is pretty straightforward and I didn't have any problems with it. The material is a solid metal that is not too heavy but it's also not light and flimsy. Overall it seems like it is put together very nicely and feels very solid. I've enjoyed using this and having someplace to organize all of my little tools from the garden. I think in a gym setting it would work even better because you can just Mount this in the closet or in your home gym and hang up your resistance bands jump ropes and things like that. I would recommend this as an option to consider trying for anyone looking for an organization piece in their home gym or even in their garden.

I am using this in my garage gym. It is a single piece of metal and well constructed. It was easy to install and holds all of my bands.

Despite item description and photos, none of my 3 bars fit: Rogue Ohio, REP Power, and REP EZ Curl. Spaces are too narrow for bars to slide in. I will say this is heavy duty metal, so forcing the bars and the gaps eventually opening up is not an option. If the bars would have fit, this would have been a 5 star review.

I used to put all of my bands and chains on one hook and it’s been a pain to get the one i want when i need it, plus it was really looking bad so i needed to upgrade.so glad i found this simple, yet incredibly effective storage solution.so far it’s holding a decent amount of weight bc i’ve got 4 heavy chains on it but if you’re just using bands there will never be any problems.there are 3 mounting holes so i mounted the center hole to a stud with the provided bolt. i just drilled the other two bolt screws into the drywall because i live dangerously and even with just the one bolt it seems to be fine. if you really want to make it bulletproof you’ll need to get some dry wall anchors because the holes won’t reach to two studs.not a big deal for most people because it’s designed for bands. I am confident in how sturdy it is just with the one bolt.it’s compact, minimalist, and has enough hooks to store a ton of variety of bands and tubes, so i’m very happy with its functionality.there is one downside (which for some might be an upside) the logo of the brand is a poorly placed on sticker and it looks messy. i’ll probably end up just removing it which the logo-less flat black metal look is more ideal for most gyms anyway.i have a lot of gym stuff and i regret not getting one of these sooner because it’s such a great value for the price point.having an organized home gym for me is critical because i won’t use stuff if its a hassle to get it out or i dont know where it is. you really feel in control when you walk into your garage and everything is tidy and its in place.
