Not cheap but very good. Can be tricky to reshape but provides an excellent large safe space

To have a well made, elegant and reliable baby product is such a rarity these days...it seems that garish plastics and MDF are rife!We needed a large, asjustable and natural product and the KIDUKU playpen certainly fulfils the criteria and more! Each of the eight partitions is adjustable via a press button which when released locks the partition into a fixed position. All sorts of shapes are possible.There is something reassuring in receiving a well packed, easily assembled and sturdy (baby)product from Germany...Premium priced, yes, but having looked at the slightly cheaper copies out there with a vastly inferior quality we consider this a value for money and well worth it. All parts are beautifully crafted, the wood is smooth and the adjusting and locking mechanisms are sturdy and reliable. There is an “entrance gate” adjustable to open inwards/outwards and with a sprung locking pin. So far all beautifully working and to purpose. Our baby loves it.It has to be mentioned that the service from the DWD Company was a first class. Highly recommended!

Quite a few screws had come loose in transit, and a couple had come out entirely, but the box was sealed, so nothing lost, just had to put them back in and check all the others

Our 7-month-old is beginning to crawl and we wanted a big space for him to be able to play in and explore while we get housework & cooking done. This is a very large play space & does the job perfectly. The wood looks great in our home, and the baby can see through it easily so he doesn’t feel too separate from what’s going on.The two things I’d say are that this is a better playpen for leaving in one place (not moving through the house as you go) it’s great in our open-plan kitchen/living area. The second thing is that you need to read the instructions on set-up carefully, don’t just start yanking at the joints. It is actually very easy to set up but the English instructions are kind of badly translated. There’s a button on each hinge that you need to press down before adjusting the angle, it’ll then pop back up when it’s locked in position. Very simple really, but it is much easier to get the playpen into the desired position without forcing the joints if you have two people moving it into place. Once it’s in position it feels nice and sturdy.It looks great and feels very well made.

We purchased this playpen mainly to keep our dog away from the baby and the baby's toys etc. Very happy with the shape options, took me no more than 15 minutes to put together/secure. The rubber pads at the bottom also mean it's quite sturdy so a small child could hold on to the bars without moving the whole pen.

The pen is relatively easy to assemble but when we tried to change the layout (in the manner suggested), parts started snapping off leaving1) Exposed sharp edges to our son2) Small parts that he nearly swallowed3) The grills started falling out - hence no longer containing our sonThis all happened in the first weekSo in summary - total waste of money / extremely hazardous and constructed as if our 10m son built itTo add to our disappointment- customer service was totally unhelpful and lacked consideration for the challenges of parents with young children

This was exactly what we were looking for. A big sturdy playpen, where our son can safely play and freely move around. It was also nicely packaged and very easy to assemble. I would highly recommend this product.

This is really fragile! The walls are very wobbly, and we can't put any weight on them at all. It works for keeping my eight month old confined, but I don't know how long it will last. We had a friend's eighteen month old round, he was swinging backwards and forwards on the slats! As we were hoping for something to last through our child's toddler years, we're not happy that we will probably have to invest in something else.On the plus side, this is a big playpen, and was fairly easy to assemble, but that's all I can say in its favour.
