The tools work really great to prep for a lace wig, the brushes aren’t too hard to clean though it takes a while to remove products such as got2be glue you’d typically use for edges, baby hairs and lace wigs. The comb especially is good for neat parting.The wax stick is a bit messy as once you push it out, you can’t pull it back in, you have to push it in so the wax breaks and goes everywhere around and in the lid which is really messy so a roll in and out tube like lipsticks normally are in would work wayyy better for this wax stick. It does make your hair especially at the roots really greasy so not suitable for straight or thin hair because you’ll get that fallen in cold frying oil raccoon look. It can definitely be used in the lengths towards ends of any hair type though, it should help protect tips. Also you get A LOT in the wax stick tube so it’ll go a long way for sure
