The mast archer is one one the best tattoo machines you eill ever own lets start with the kit extremely high quality vibrant black ink which most kits dont include the best quality of any inks. High quality needles for detailed work. An awsome silicone shoe skin to practice on which hold ink great and looks amazing when your own touch is added. And then... the machine... a superior quality great feeling machine that lays down ink likr butter on bread and is powerfull enough to do any tattoo.

It kills me to rate this with four stars, because I really like this pen. However, I can't get past the fact that there is significant vibration in the pen, throughout it's entire working range (which is 5.0v to 12.0v).The pen is beautifully made, and runs nicely in terms of noise. It's a bit noisier than I expected, but nothing bad.The grip is fantastic, and if you disagree with that assessment they give you two additional grips (also excellent) to choose from. That alone is pretty amazing. I would add that because this pen has parallel sides you can quickly and simply create a really fat grip with just some folded paper towels, and some grip tape.The grip twist to change the stroke length of the cartridge.The digital LCD readout is fantastic, and faces the user as he/she works. It's easy to monitor both working voltage, as well as remaining battery life.Also included in this kit are: A small bottle of black ink, a small bag of ink caps, some extra rubber O-rings,a single pair of black latex exam gloves, a single roll of narrow grip tape, and some decals. There is a box of excellent Mast brand tattoo cartridges, and a mysterious white rubber sneaker. I have no clue what the purpose of the sneaker is, and have not seen other footwear in other brands' kits. Weird.Comes with charging cable, as well as a clip cord (with RCA plug) so that you can switch over to an AC power supply setup, if you have one. But why would you want to? This pen has an astounding power reserve of 8 hours!!!This is an excellent kit built around a really nice tattoo pen that could be just a bit better. I really love the look and feel of this pen, and even with the vibration it's a winner.

Got it then decided maybe I shouldntttt use this. Gave it to someone actually wanting to learn and they like it. Good starter machine according to them

It comes with anything you need to get started. Very happy with that. I think the shoe is supposed to be to practice on like kind of like fake skin but a shoe which is kind of neat. I've been messing around with it with the machine and I found that I really enjoy using it. mast is really great for the price you pay.

The media could not be loaded.  Easy to use and easy to operate. Has good balance so it's easy to hold. Has a very good battery life
