I walk quite a bit and in the past I have had achilles tendon and knee ligament issues. So much that I had to have physio.My physio recommended arch support to relieve the stress.These insoles have proven to be well worth the low cost to purchase and are helping keep me mobile.

Just ordered my 3rd pair of these, I suffer from flat feet and long durations of being on my feet in steel toe capped boots cause Plantar Fasciitis to flare up, I have tried alot of other makes over recent years and these are the ones I keep coming back to as they offer better support.

Couldnt use it. Even 2 mins in them was too much. Excruciating pain. And i dont have big sole problems. Anyway will try again, but after 2 weeks 2 mins each day no improvement.
