Cheerful Customer
I got my laptop today. It runs good like new. I like it except one thing. The seller said it has a 16 GB RAM installed BUT in fact only 8 GB RAM on my laptop. I don’t know if it was intentionally falsified to mislead the customers or it was an earnest mistake. I give it a 3 stars for that otherwise it could have been a 5 stars. Without a response from the Seller it will remain a 3 stars.

This is a terrific laptop! And what a deal...
Everything I needed in a laptop. I5, Windows 11, 16 G RAM and 500MB SSD.Perfect for reading Email, watching YouTube and shopping.I love the back lite keyboard and the rough surface finish.It was ready to go, a good charge and very clean. I could not tell from NEW, except much less packing material to trash.
