I was taking Berberine on its own until I came across the product. It has definitely curbed my hunger. I've only been taking for a few months, but the fact that I'm not eating as much is huge to me. I highly recommend trying this product if you are finding yourself hungry all the time.

I was previously taking berberine, ALA, and cinnamon separately. This allows me to take all three together! The ALA is a little less than my prior supplement and I continue to take some ALA separately, but this gives me the berberine in a quantity I was plus a little cinnamon bark. Much easier to take these together!

I wanted to like this supplement because I love Slim Fast original shake mix. After taking it my blood sugar dropped and I felt very lazy and tired. Ask your doctor before taking this it is potentially dangerous

No bad after taste! Which I love! Haven’t lost any weight yet but still early on

I’ve taken this as directed but haven’t noticed any benefits. For comparison, I’ve take other Berberine products and had better results. I am familiar with the SlimFast brand and hoped for a better product. Unfortunately, I found that this provided no benefit. On the positive side, the capsules are easy to swallow, have no smell, and seem to have straightforward ingredients. I had no adverse effects while taking this too. It was worth a try, but didn’t work for me. Thanks.

I have taken it for over a month twice a day. It curbs your desire for snacking!!! I lost few pounds already. It also helps with regularity - if you have issue with that. My abdominal dramatically changed- I don’t wake up feeling bloated and full anymore!

These are all known ingredients for better health and I have felt fine when I take this supplement. It has an earthy quality which is probably the cinnamon bark. I can't find any result yet but these things take time. I trust this brand to represent the ingredients properly and Im happy with my choice.

After finishing the entire bottle, I can't say there was any noticeable change in my overall health. I am already pretty regular so there was no change there. It didn't change my appetite in any way. This product just didn't do anything for more. But, every body is different and they may react differently to Berberine, just wasn't doing anything for me in particular.
