These are fantastic authentic mochi and to the person asking about peanut butter these do not contain peanuts! That taste is the red bean, it has a very similar to peanut butter taste to it in all of its forms. I like it and find it just taste like red bean to me now but when I first tried red bean I thought it taste like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches so this is safe for people with allergies. No peanuts!Very good and big generous size with equal filling ratio and I will be buying again.

The flavour resembles the ones I used to eat as a child, not the same, but still good! Nice consistency too!

Despite coming in some nice packaging the mochi itself I find lackluster.They dont have any chew/pull to them like the classic mochi and the red bean paste is rather tasteless. Overall a pleasure to look at but disappoint to eat.Would of preferred to spend that money on a train to china town.

Too gummy and hard and dry, too much of the white mochi (and the ingredients described in the post are completely WRONG). This contains a lot more E-numbers, among other things that make the texture hard and gummy like dry play-doh. Nothing to do with mochi I really like. Those who have tried the "Royal Family" mochi know what I'm talking about. Too bad and too sad because this mochi could be excellent but they ruin it with the chemicals and wrong ingredients.

Very tasty. I only wish there could be more!
