Horrible phones.
This phone is the worst it freezes it shut down sometimes it sent up some Chinese and stuff on it. It just a horrible fall to use my God. I am so sorry I bought two of these phone and I regret every penny I spent on this phone. don’t buy them. It’s no good.

Terrible don't buy this phone it works for a little bit then it will freeze up on you and you won't be able to do anything. I should have looked at the reviews before I bought it but I didn't.. all ik waiting on now is my refund and I will never buy from this person or this item again.. absolutely the worst product in the world..

I sent to family overseas.
They love the look of the phone but complain that the phone sometimes is too hot to touch, and vibrates and shuts off. Battery life not reliable as it runs low even after being charged to maximum. Please don’t waste your money buying this phone.

The phone speaker does not work
I wanted to take this phone on a vacation and could not use it as the speaker is defected. I spoke to one of the staff Ms Kris and she said there is nothing she can do to return this defective product and that there was no Supervisor or manager and hung up the phone this is very unprofessional of Amazon representatives
