Good set of massage balls
A good set of massage balls. One spikey and one smooth. Both are hard and offer good intensity. I do wish they came in a bag of some sort to keep it safely together. But they do the job they are intended for and work well. Overall happy with them and would recommend it.

Very effective
I was having a bit of back pain when they arrived, so I was immediately able to give it a go. First attempt didn't go very well at all... used it on my upper back as per the instructions and it was excruciating. Whether this was good or bad for me wasn't even a consideration at that point, I had to stop - but I slowly got used to it on different areas before going back to my back and it is genuinely surprising the effect it has, and it is now my daily routine on a few areas (under my feet, upper and lower back).I haven't used the spiky ball yet, but will get around to it eventually.My wife has even been using it and she says it's the best thing.Highly recommended.
