Q: Does anyone know if wisemen is selling the updated version of the ci11804 with the thicker spine, or is this nos of the older version?

They’re incorrectly selling the version in Sleipner steel vs K720. Sleipner is glorified D2 that holds an edge a bit longer but is weak/low toughness compared to K720.

Q: Where is this knife made? Casstrom is a Swedish company but they don't say where this knife is actually made.

These are made in Spain for Casstrom however the final fit and finish as well as the quality inspection are done in Sweden.
