I have tried numerous brands of TMG. This is just a pure product. I doubled the dose.

The media could not be loaded. When I remember to take this, I really feel like it helps with my digestion, my stomach just feels happier. It is flavorless so I just take it two to three times a day , between meals, mixed in water. It dissolves completely. It's obviously going to last a good while because the serving size is a really tiny spoon and the bottle came almost completely full with powder. I will purchasing this again and I feel that it's a great price.

It dissolves super fast in water which is nice. The packaging though is super lame. It comes with a short spoon in a tall narrow neck bottle. Gets increasingly difficult to retrieve the spoon out of the bottle as the product goes down. I keep the spoon out of the bottle but it also gets difficult to scoop product out.SOLUTION: they should either put a long spoon in the box outside the bottle, OR go with a short wide mouth container.

I am a 43 year old male, and I have been experimenting with different supplements to boost my energy, stamina, mental acuity, and well being. I continue to take the few supplements that I find effective, and I have discontinued the ones that don't do anything for me.Before trying this TMG powder, I tried DMG sublingual, which I took along with a sublingual B12 & Folate, first thing in the morning before working out. They say you should take Folate with DMG and TMG. The DMG gave me a significant boost of energy and stamina within 15 minutes of taking it. It also made me feel that breathing was easier and that I was actually getting more oxygen! I wanted to try the TMG, because I read that it gives you even more energy than DMG, and it is cheaper. I don't believe it can be taken sublingually.You are directed to take TMG with a meal, because it can cause some stomach upset. I take it with breakfast, and I have had no stomach issues. I was worried that it would wear off in the 23 hours between when I take it and when I work out (before breakfast), but it doesn't! It gives me similar results to the DMG, but it lasts 24+ hours--where the DMG only lasted perhaps 4-6 hours.I really love this TMG, and I recommend it highly. I feel that I have received more benefit from it than just about any other supplement I have taken.

I needed a low dose TMG. Amazon shows a picture of the bottle, but not the scoop, so it's impossible to determine the volume. The label only states the scoop holds 500 mg. I called Life Extensions customer service, asking the volume of the scoop. I was transferred to multiple reps, but no one could answer me. I ordered one bottle, thinking I could split the amount in the scoop and get the desired lower dose.When the bottle arrived I was disappointed to find the scoop volume was extremely small... 1/8 teaspoon. I wish their customer service had been honest and told me the scoop itself was very small. Obviously, all they wanted to do was sell their product, whether it suited my needs or not.For this reason, I would not recommend this product.

This is the only brand I’ve found that has a TKG powder option (as opposed to the capsules) this is really helpful for when I need to take higher doses to pair with NAD

I didn't know what to expect. I did get some energy from it. I have taken it for about a month and I'm getting use to it or something. The energy doesn't last from 6 am to 8 pm but the bottle suggests two scoops and I have only been taking one. The scooper is small and short and the mouth of the bottle is tiny. Like I can't stick two fingers in to grab the scoop with my sausage fingers. Still giving a solid 10

Unless you have tiny fingers, getting the scoop out of this bottle takes forever... you need some needle nose pliers, so that alone means I won't buy TMG from them again.They obviously did not think about how they made the bottle and scoop.
