I ordered two of these doorbell camera so I could have one at the front entrance to the house and at the back door. I have not yet installed them but have set up my new account and synced them for setup. I will update after we have had a chance to truly put them to the test for awhile. However here’s what I’ve noticed so far:1. Account setup- so much easier than others I have created. It took about 10 minutes to create the account, sync two devices to the account and add my husband so he have access to notifications and checking the house while we are not home!2. They came out of the box at 74%( both were almost fully charged) I am allowing them to fully charge prior to installing them outside of the house, so I will also update about the battery life. But almost all the other reviews I read prior to purchasing state, but had great battery life, and it lasted quite a while in between charges.3. The indoor chime was surprisingly able to be heard in different rooms of the house so everyone will hear the notification of someone at the door once the button is pushed- which is great for anyone without a phone or on the account.4. The pictures and videos were very clear and I feel like I was a bit skeptical of this being an issue as these were extremely affordable compared to many others. 5. So far it’s definitely a steal for the price and the overall quality of the item. They seem to be very sturdy dependable doorbell cameras!So far I am extremely happy with these cameras! I have nothing negative to say so far and with how easy it was setting them up and setting up the account-that alone made me happy! Also the subscriptions are affordable as well. Unless I missed other options for payments the lowest price was 29.99 for a year! In my opinion that’s great!!I will update should anything changes!!

in the past I’ve purchased a ring doorbell, which cost much more than this item, and the yearly subscription that came with my ring doorbell cost more than the one that came with this item. I’m pleasantly surprised with the quality of the video and photos from the doorbell camera as well as how easy it was to assemble it onto my door. My only complaint is that the battery life doesn’t last long and you often have to charge it. Other than that, I’m really pleased with this purchase.

Good product if you need an affordable camera, quickly. The camera has a good clear view day/night lighting but the battery dies extremely fast, the storage is pretty expensive and you cannot view any of the recordings without the paid storage . Motion detection is very touchy even on the lowest setting & the app takes awhile to process and connect to wifi/open the live feed. Setup was very simple & wireless .

*2 months update*I'm putting this product from a 5 star review to a 2 star review. I won't deny how good the video quality is. But after a month, it kept saying offline on the app. Mind you, the battery wasn't dead and my router is actually near the front door where the doorbell is located. We also pay for excellent Wi-Fi because my big family uses it all the time. At first, I didn't let the offline bother me too much as I would just remove it from the door and press reset on the back. But it kept doing this frequently, so while we're away, we'd miss what's happening. And now, as of yesterday, it has completely stopped working and won't power on. I charged it a full day and pressed reset so many times but nothing. I really got what I paid for. And also loss $30 for the annual subscription. I'm going to see if their customer service will replace one considering it's return window has closed.*Old Review*I'm not sure how I came across this doorbell camera for $20, but I'm so happy I did. I finally get a cheap, but effective product with HD camera and real-time notification detection. No lagging, no re-resetting, no problems. Our wi-fi has great connection and speed, so that could also be it. Either way, I'm very satisfied. After the 30 day trial, I'll be subscribing to receive the video playback and more. It's $30 a year and so far I see it's worth it based on my experience with the trial right now. I highly recommend this doorbell camera!

The media could not be loaded. It works, but you have to purchase storage to view footage. I didn't purchase it; I use it for the doorbell and can talk through the app. The only issue is a 10-second delay when live viewing, so if you're worried about a thief, they get a 10-second head start if you don't pay to save videos and only use live viewing. Also, the camera mic isn't very loud; my apartment is right by the highway, so no one can hear me on the camera talking to them. Overall, it does what you need for free live viewing (with a 10-second lag), and you can see who is at the door when they ring the chime.(Added stickers over the apartment door across the hall for privacy)
