Very user friendly and portable. Mainly the functionality as the touch buttons are easy to use. Easy modes. Clean touchscreen button design. Good value of money compared to the other machines i used in the past. The circulation is balanced and does not make me fall. Very sturdy as it can carry very heavy .

This vibration plate deserves a good review. It's really nice and perfect size. Not to big not to small. Worked really well, had suction the bottom for non carpeted floors and didn't slide around. It's unfortunately not good for my personal needs. I need something with a lower impact as I get dizzy easily. It's very strong even in the lowest setting which is great for a workout. I really wanted to love this for me. It's really a good buy, especially for the price.

I’m very happy with this vibration plate! It works great and allows you to adjust both speed levels and duration. The quality is excellent, and it feels very sturdy. It also comes with a manual that includes exercise examples, which is very helpful. Plus, the remote control makes it super convenient to use. Highly recommend!

If you're able-bodied and healthy, this is great. I have balance issues due to neuropathy, and while I normally wouldn't knock a star off an item because of MY personal health problems, this is a device that a lot of people are going to use for physical therapy.It works; it's well-constructed and sturdy; it's cute; and it did absolutely help with my muscle pain and circulation. But if you have joint problems or any problem that may affect your balance, please know that the standing area is very narrow compared to others, and balancing on a smaller area is not as easy. I had to about it close to a shelf so I had something to hang on to, but I feel safer returning it and buyng a bigger model.

Ok, I'll admit it.. I was skeptical as heck about the claims made for vibration plates.. I'm glad I was wrong. I love this thing. I use it twice a day, every other day. I am someone who has alot of leg and lower back pain as well as an overall feeling of tiredness in my legs at the end of the day. This vibration plate has helped with my pain so much. I love to do my stretches as I stand on it. A bonus is that it has helped me feel less bloated in my waist. I don't know if it will help with weight loss or inches, that isn't why I bought it, I walk on a treadmill or outdoors daily and this helps me warm up before and when I feel like I'm having aches and pains in my joins and muscles, I jump on my vibration plate for ten minutes and I feel like a different person when I'm done. I do suggest starting slowly, I was so sore after the first few days that I used it, almost like I'd run a marathon.. my muscles felt like they had endured a huge workout. Now I use it every other day and give myself a day off and I no longer have any of that muscle fatigue. I have size 9 feet and they fit perfectly on this vibration plate with room for more. It is easily stored under the bed or in the closet and takes up very little room.

I have a vibration plate, but my daughter wanted one that didn’t move around like the one I have. It was hard to find this, but I’m glad I did. It’s almost like a scale when you get on and doesn’t bounce you around like some other ones. It’s not loud at all, very good quality as she’s been rough with it (she’s 9), and helps her get ‘exercise’ when it’s cold outside and we can’t go for our walks. It also serves as a nightligh for her bedroom so that’s a bonus! Also she loves the color pink so it’s perfect.

I did a bunch of research and dug around for quite a while. I had even ordered a larger one. It was super complicated way too many things going on and extremely heavy. I wanted one without any knobs on it so I could put my forearms on it and it wouldn't dig into my feet if I did it barefoot. This one is super basic. Very simple but very effective. I've had many different size patients on it and we all agree. Easy to use and could definitely feel improvement and circulation etc. It is lightweight so easily movable.

This vibration plate is surprising me because of how powerful it is. There are 5 modes available to hopefully increase blood flow and accelerate lymphatic drainage and weight loss as advertised. Love this waver vibration because I can really feel the SHAKE of all my body fat when standing on it. There is a large LED touch screen that shows time and a control to increase/ decrease the speeds. The overall size is portable for travel and easy to carry around at home. High quality plastic won't be too heavy but durable. The noise is low and not noticeable but the plate size is smaller than I expected. I would suggest making the plate available in bigger sizes for different people. The best thing I like is I can multitask to do something else while exercising by simply standing on it. Very good for people who work from home. Price is ok with the deal.
