The E-One Wraps It All Up By Hanging It Up!!
After buying another stand which didn't work well with the overstuffed ear cushions on my Beyerdynamic DT990 headphones, I began looking for the sort of hanger-type stand which allows the ear cups to hang free, and which was highly rated. Frankly, the Luxa2 E-One had the most stars, was reasonably priced, and in its reviews were none of the "it looks fine online, but when you get it out of the box, it disappoints" sort of remarks. So, I went for it, and could not be happier. Here are all the things which I love about this stand: First is that it is a hanger and thus allows the headphone ear cups to hang free with no possibility of the ear cushions developing flat spots from pressing against stand material as would be the case with other designs. Second, it is very sturdy and solid aluminum which is beautifully cut and textured, with a brilliantly polished chamfered edge around the base. Third, the bottom of the stand - which is weighty - has a generous and moderately sticky pad over its entire surface, thus no small "dots" or pads which will likely come off. Fourth, it is artful in the simplicity of the design overall, in particular the very austere but tasteful black band on the hanger which provides a no-slip grip for the headband - getting that wrong could have been the difference between getting a first look only, as opposed to a second look. As it is, its looks grab you and won't let you go. Fifth, the packaging of the product was very well thought out and attractive. Sixth, Luxa2 is a part of Thermaltake, a reputable company in its own right. Seventh, it matches the color and "feel" of my headphones and preamp - I will be quite happy to look at it and show it off! Eighth, I happen to have a matching silver handkerchief which I threw over it to keep the dust off my headphones ($10 at Men's Wearhouse). I know, I know: at this point I am just getting subjective. But, the point of buying things like the Luxa2 E-One stand is that one has already indulged in - or soon will be - those things which are aesthetic, fun, and put smiles on the face. This has been a great purchase that wrapped up the whole "headphone audio" deal for me. Highly Recommended!

At this Price Point Easily the Best Headphone Stand in the Market!
For the price point and quality this is easily the best headphone stand on the market. Just ooze's quality as soon as you open the box,it it packed in heavy duty foam casing. This looks like aircraft aluminum quality, all the edges are perfectly straight and smooth. The base edges are beveled and add to the look. Weight and balance are excellent for my sennheiser momentum 2.0 wireless cans. They are lightweight so can't speak to heavier cans but, I don't see it being a problem because of how well balanced the stand is.The base has a rubber bottom to keep the stand stationary.Height is perfect they hang without touching the base. Where you hang your cans the black strip is rubber and my one minor issue. If you have cans with soft padding it will leave a mark and doesn't provide optimum support. I took foam cut to half moon shape attached with double sided tape and fixed that minor flaw. It didn't affect the look, I will post a picture later.

Elegant and functional
The quality is good. I like the weight of the stand and the finish of the surfaces...except for the front edge of the extension where you set your headphones. The corners are a touch sharp and I scratch my hand on occasion reaching for the headphones without looking. If they rounded the edge to match the base, it would be much improved.

Finally a great reasonably priced headphone stand for full size headphones!
As a proud new owner of some Hifiman HE-400's, as well as some Sennheiser Momentum and a few others, I wanted a headphone stand that would match the quality of the headphones it would hold (after all, 400$ worth of headphones on the floor waiting to be stepped on isn't really a good idea). I bought the Just Mobile HS-100 Headstand, knowing that it might be too short, and it was. The Hifiman HE-400 basically rested on the detachable cable mount. I didn't really find that acceptable. It seemed that there was only two options, or stupidly expensive or as cheaply made as its price warrants. I wasn't really happy. Then out of the blue I found these. They look a little "worse" than the Just Mobile, but considering they cost almost half, and that the build quality is still excellent, there was absolutely nothing to complain about.I got it out, and it was already assembled (which is nice). The materials are grade A, same quality if not more than any top noth product out there. And the best thing, they fit full size headphones!! HD 600's, HD 650's, HE-400, Audezes...I can't really imagine anything that wouldn't fit. All without looking too large at all. It's also heavy, which I find positive. The bottom is covered with a black non-stick material, which is also great. The only complaint I can find is that when I took it out of the pakaging, I thought it had rub marks, which resulted to simply be uncleaned aluminium powder from the machining process. I love that it is actually machined, but it seems pretty laughable that it's only defect is that the manufacturer doesn't thuroughly clean them before packaging. And easily solved. So bascially there isn't much more to say. If you need headstand that looks great without costing more than your heaphones do, this is the one to buy (as long as you like the high tech look). If wood is your thing, there might be things out there that suit you best, but for the vast majority this is definitely a step up from the cheap plastic ones which only cost 10$ less.If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I will try to upload some picture soon. Thanks for reading!!

Simple, Elegant
This stand is solid and is able to support a variety of headphones ranging from lightweight to relatively heavy sets. Took a while for me to find a simple but elegant headphone stand and these are it. The rubber non slip pad on the bottom ensures the stand stays where it is placed.

Not for Oppo headphones
Bought these for my Oppo PM-3 headphones. Bad mistake. I stopped using this stand after the first couple days as it was leaving square imprints on the inside of the headband. I ended up splurging for the Oppo headphone stand.
