I got into trying chinese herbal tea from RedNote. This one was my favorite option out of all the results I found because it doesn’t have any actual tea leaf - so no caffeine and safe to drink any time of day.I was pleasantly surprised by how it has natural mild sweetness from the goji and jujube berries.I already have extra goji berries at home so I added a bit more for a fruity taste.One packed of this can make quite a lot of tea. Around 2 tumblers worth at least.I would boil water and pour over a metal tea strainer for my first tumbler, and make a second one while leaving the tea in there. It gets darker and more flavorful the longer it’s steeped. But never bitter - which is my favorite thing about this.It is a diuretic though, I pee way more often drinking this. I’m not sure if it helps me sleep better yet - not noticeable if it does.Would repurchase - hope it becomes more affordable too.

Todos opinan diferente pero nadie dice si si creatinina bajo o sus riñones se normalizaron… yo lo tomé y orine con mucha fuerza en la noche, pero deseo saber quién se ha curado de los riñones con este té?
