I have an elastic wider back support as well as a narrow hip support... neither are fun to put on and both engage with elastic which constantly squeezes you. This support is simple to put on without straps hanging all over. The strings you see are NOT elastic, they're small ropes and the eyelets act as pullies giving you leverage to synch the strap on as tight as you can stand.

Works well

I don’t feel this belt fit me very well. It is not very tall therefore I didn’t feel like it was supporting me very well. The Velcro did hold very well. Having those extra flaps on the sides to tighten the belt even tighter, helped a lot. It just wasn’t for me. I did return it.

Trust me when I tell you, I’ve tried them all. I’ve bought plenty and returned plenty. Trust me please. Get this affordable belt. I am amazed by the price, durability. Quality. Wow. It just moves with you. I legit have no pain anymore when I wear this. It gives me hope again. I could cry right now. Thank you so much to the creator for making something so wonderful. Wow wow wow! Not good quality

Once you get it fit where it is nice and snug but not restricting, you will notice some relief. It is frustrating to get right, but once you get it, you should be good to go.I have no complaints with this and it has helped me on a couple of different occasions. Get it fitting right before you need it!

I actually ordered the wrong size and are in progress of getting it changed out.

Sizing is a little misleading. States it will fit up to a 37" waist. My waist is 34" and I can barely get the main Velcro to latch.
