I should have changed the rating much before, the below was my previous comment. But the next day I have sent a mail to customer care for the diaphragm. They have called me & delivered the accessories at my home without any extra money within 10 days. Great customer care support. Since then the product is working as expected till now. Updating the review 5 *.Overall this prodcut is good but the problem is with the silicon rubber inside the pump which create the suction. Within 2 months it got broken. Enquired about this small accessories, no where i found replacement. In chicco stores also, they dont have a replacement for it. They are you better buy the whole product. For a small 100 rupees max silicon rubber. You need to again buy the whole product for around 2k. Atleast chicco should give accessories. Otherwise the product is a waist for single piston.For the seller is it possible to buy thi silicon piston?

According to a reviewer this pump comes with an additional step up bottle but in the pack I got there was just one bottle. I wonder why the same product is not being given to all customers and wish amazon and the retailer would clarify the point.My Pack contains: A pump set which comes with a 150ml bottle, handle etc; a teat with a lid; a stand and a cover for the 150ml bottle. Plus there is the manual and warranty card.Overall I am satisfied with the quality and efficiency of the product. It is a VFM product that's a must have for new mothers. Delivery was super quick and product was delivered long before estimate date.

Pretty bad for such an expensive product. The rubber on the suction tore off within 2 weeks of use. Complete waste of a product.

I am very satisfied by the working of this product. Its handpump handle like motion works very smoothly and is very efficient in suctioning milk. You can fairly adjust the level of suction manually to your comfort by adjusting the pull you apply to the handle . It is very portable, simple yet very efficient. It is also possible to withdraw milk from one breast while feeding on other breast. No use in investing on automatic pumps for short term use because this product is as good and comfortable to use like them...

The product is good but at later stage hands would be paining so electric is suggestable. There are few points that I personally didn't liked. Firstly the company is providing cap for bottle and nipple but they should provide supporting closed cap for pumping area so that if its kept open it can be closed. The balance of the full set if kept together is not good. The cap for nipples is very hard, once its closed its very tough to open it freely, you need to apply lot of pressure to open. The company should work on these two.

If u are looking for Manual breast pump, this is the excellent product. It servers the purpose with out pain while extracting the milk.After sales support is also so good. I had a problem with some part of it which is silicon material.When i contacted them, they send the part in overnight courier.I love this product and support. Great deal from Amazon & superb service from Chicco team.Keep it up guys.

We are completely satisfied with the product. No doubt about the build quality of the product. Two things which we don't like about the product are: First, its far more difficult than cleaning a bottle. There are various parts that need to be dismantled before cleansing. Second, it takes more time to pump milk than we expected ( might differ on case to case basis)Anyhow the above issues are inherent issues and will be there in all manual pump. Hence giving it 5 star.
