Sumeet Nonstick Gas Toaster,Black

The media could not be loaded. I bought the Sumeet Nonstick Gas Toaster from Amazon when it was priced 349 INR.I have added the unboxing video so that you can check the condition in which the toaster arrived.Pros-When I received the package, it hadn't expected it to be that big and strong. The handles are strong and can be held without any issues.The holder being nonstick, the bread doesn't stick.The holder is big enough for the bread pieces to stay in it.It can be used to make stuffed sandwiches, heavily stuffed sandwiches as well.The corners of the bread gets pressed, giving it a perfect presentation.You can use it on the gas and on simmer it takes about 4-5 minutes at Max to the toasted.It is a quality product in terms of material.I have also left an unboxing video, I received an absolutely unaffected product.The non-stick layers are well coated.Cons-Haven't found any yet, will definitely add those later, if found.Do hit the helpful button if the review helped.

I had a similar toaster at my mums place and bought this one 5 yrs back for the nostalgia.The metal is thin and heats quickly, burning the toast. You have to grease this each time, if you don't, God save your toast. The burnt bits sticks on the toaster and will remain there till eternity. You have to prep your sandwiches prior so that you don't move while the toaster is on. One second it's underdone, the next, it's burnt. I don't know why they have used this useless coating.Compared to one at mums place which did not need greasing at all and cooks at medium speed, this one is pathetic. I don't understand how it got 4 stars.

The product is good and Im using this often. If any one has used the electric toaster would know the difference this bring in. With electric toaster getting useless in very quick this one is different. Almost similar to regular vessel except that this is modified shape to sandwich maker. Liked and feel better and easy to make some toast or half boiled eggs.

The bigger slices of bread do not fit well, it is not smooth to handle.. it is tight and stiff while opening and closing, so not a great product. Also, there was no way to return, only option was to replace. So did not make sense.

This is a simple, cheap and efficient toaster. It has no fancy frills, it does not cut the sandwich in half etc., but it makes excellent toasted sandwiches over the gas stove, and if you apply a little butter evenly to the insides of the toaster, you get perfect toasted sandwiches, without ANY sticking whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes the idea of homemade toasted chilly sandwiches.

Extremely thin metal and it keeps burning everything... I wouldn't suggest buying it...
