Received in good condition along with other items bundled together on big box.. clove oil is good giving aroma of cove which is pretty intense.. not enough for oral use I think. May be it's eugenol or somewhat diluted for personal use. But still need to dilute before any type of application. For oral use may be one glass of water for 3 drops of clove oil
