Highly Recommended.
PROS:1) It's unbelievably sharp. I'm not even kidding. This is one of the sharpest knives I've had period. And for the price it's amazing.2) Good construction. It's very tough. I love the handle because it is very firm in your hand. This is a small knife and smaller knives can slip from your hand, especially if you have big hands. The rubber grip and bent back will stay in your hand.3) Very light weight. This is definitely the most utilitarian knife I've had.CONS:1) It's hard to open with a snap. It's very light which is a pro but that also means it's hard to get enough momentum to open using a flip of your hand. And since it does not have a spring to assist the opening you end up using both hands. I don't mind that at all but it's worth a mention especially since because if you do end up opening it with a snap you WILL need to use a lot of force when flicking your hand and it can be extremely dangerous if you are not careful and don't have a good grip on it as you may send it flying towards someone. I just open it with two hands. I don't care it just use it to open boxes and shave off wood splinters. Really not to sound rude but only teenagers would care about looking cool when opening it with a flick. But again it's worth a mention.2) Just to test it I shook the heck out of it and yes it started to open up. So if you have it closed it might open but only under a lot of shaking. I doubt it will open in your pocket. Still if you leave it in a place were it will be tossed and turned like the glob compartment of your car or something then yes be careful because it might open on you. I just put it in a holder, problem solved.OVERALL: Recommended. Especially if you're like me and really need a knife to work with and don't want to damage an expensive one. This is just all around an awesome knife.

Super Knife at a Great Price
While browsing the knifes on Amazon's website, I noticed the Smith and Wesson CKTACBS Knife. I've owned several S & W Knives in the past and was never very impressed with the quality, particulary the sharpness of the blade out of the box. The price on the knife was $10.09 so I figured for the price I would pick one up and just throw it in the glovebox of my car for a "just in case" knife. When I received the knife I opened the box and was totally surprised by the quality of the knife and the razor sharp blade. The knife is very comfortable in your hand and has a rubberized coating on the plastic handles. The knife can be opened one handed and you can flick it open as fast as any automatic type opening knife I have ever owned. As mentioned before, the blade is razor sharp and holds an edge very well. In closing, I do not think you can buy a better knife for the price and this one is better than some I have paid three and four times the price for.

Sharp, Reliable, Sturdy
A friend of mine had this knife with a non serrated edge and i really liked the construction on it, so I bought one. It has a great non slip rubber handle, and a Thin but sturdy blade good for nice precise cuts and prying to a certain degree. The blade is very easy to lock into place with a flip of the wrist and the locking mechanism is easy to operate with one hand giving it ease of use. The blade easily slices through alot of materials that I have to work with from cardboard to plastic banding and maintains its sharpless with a just a few swipes on a honing blade every now and again for maintenance. A good work knife or general purpose knife. the only flaw I have seen on this is that the screws were a little loose and can possibly fall out, but thats most folding knifes that i have ever bought. I would suggest loctite on any knife that has screws. A good buy at an affordable price.

Surprisingly tough, quality knife
I've tried to talk myself out of giving this knife a perfect score, but I really can't. There's definitely no knife that's comparable in quality under $20, so this knife is just a steal. I work outdoors and have used this knife on a daily basis, cutting through boxes, tape, small branches, and even metal fencing. Yet through all of that, I have not had to tighten the knife or belt clip. The belt clip is low profile and sturdy, much better than some of the other cheap knives I have tried (Gerber, Ka Bar, etc.). All in all, this is a fantastic workhorse knife, and for around $10 you really can't beat it. My higher end knives tend to sit on my shelf while this is my daily carry; it's just that comforting to have on you.Pros:Very sturdyComfortable gripGood sizeGood belt clipPriceCons:Obviously a little cheap feelingNot the prettiest

I've been buying this exact model knife for everyday carry for 20 years. I have never been let down.
Blade geometry is nice, I really like the americanized tonto point for both effective stabbing and slashing, and the partial serration near the handle is great for cutting tougher materials. The handle is beautifully shaped, and fits PERFECTLY in both hammer, reverse, and icepick grip, with the handle curvature conforming to the natural fit of the hand in each type of grip. It could stand to be sharpened just a little bit out of the box, and it's kind of a crapshoot how sticky the locking mechanism will be on the blade on each one they make. Some that I've bought have flipped out as easily as a spring-assist, while some I actually had to use both hands to open. The problem can probably be solved with a little oil and TLC, it just would be nice if it wasn't an issue in the first place. Still, I defy you to find a better everyday carry knife at this price.
