Good Quality, nice packaging. Have been using it for a week now. The packaging had one bolt-nut, one liver for height adjustment and a screwdriver cum spanner. I think there is a need for one more bolt-nut (near the junction) to fit the bench properly. Like others mentioned, a manual would have been very helpful to make sure that we have assembled it in the right way. If you are thinking to keep a ab bench handy at home this works. Go for it.

I am utterly disappointed with this purchase because the size which the manufacturer claim in the product description & what it delivers is totally different .The actual length of the seat is not more than 3 ft whereas the claim is 5 ft . Then the iron frame itself on which the seat is mounted is so damn weak that with in three days of using it , it is bending sideways and very uncomfortable. Lastly the foam which they used in the foot support is not of desired quality .The Amazon people must take note of it and not cheat customers .Hope they take back the product and refund my money .

It's a good sturdy bench. When it came the pins were missing which the seller very promptly sent through courier. Excellent customer service and very sturdy bench. But it's upto you how much benefit you extract from it. There was no manual so little difficulty assembling it but that's ok.

Nice sturdy bench. Don't see any reason why some people posted negative feedback. The packing was great and it reached scracth-less. There is no manual in the box so it was little confusing to do the fittings on your own, after a little investigation, you end up installing it. It would be nice to see a manual in coming time with this with fitting instructions. The bench is light weight so can be moved from one room to other without any hassle.Will let you all know after using it for a month or two if any issues comes up. Go for it guys. All the best 👍🏻

Very Good. I have been using for a week with no complain. But feel that packaging had a screw & bolt missing that I used from my old Ab King Pro machine to start using this bench. Previously another customer has also mentioned about this issue other than that it is a good bench I feel but you could still get it cheaper from IndiaMart. Hence 4 stars...it could have been 5 stars. I recommend this bench but not for over sized people.

Product was nice... But instalation manual and screws r missed in the package... Otherwise worth for money

I have been using since more than 6 months now. Kept in my society gym where many members are using it. Excellent product for home gym, light weight but very good build quality, does not shake while using it. Even a tall and healthy person can use it without any problem. Approx 56 inches in length, 2 feet in height. You can do at least 4-5 variations for abs, very effective. It has adjustable leg bar as per your height.The flip side of my experience was the delivery of the product, it took at least 2 months for the seller to deliver the product in Mumbai after many follow ups with the seller and Amazon. Therefore if possible go for a different seller or buy directly from the life line store in your city.
