These tablets are easy to swallow. I didn't notice any flavor. This is definitely an easy way to consume shilajit as the resin is definitely sticky/messy.

I of course can only speak for myself, but I go to say these actually work. I take as directed, and I can feel the energy increase it claims. I take these when I want to start my day, and even my memory has increased.

This bottle contains 90 pills. I have issues swallowing pills in general but am able to get these down easily by tilting my chin down towards my chest when swallowing. Great supplement and enjoy taking it!
