Received a perfect phone with no marks whatsoever. Could easily pass for a brand new one. Not too happy how it was sent though...just in a plain padded envelope , could have easily arrived with brocken screen but luckily it was fine.

Happy with the phone

It is a lovely chuncky phone. It is very heavy so my arm actually gets tired if holding it for too long.Details of the phone can be found in reviews everywhere. I will just add that although I bought it for the wide screen, day to day I use it folded and it fits very well in the hand. There is something to hold onto whereas many phones are always at risk of being dropped. You must buy a case but forget the S-pen. It seems to be a useless gimmick for me. I use a normal rubber tipped phone pen to press keys. It does not always respond well to a finger. The battery drains fast so have to put it in 'lite-mode'

The phone indeed looks excellent, but the battery performance is absolutely unacceptable. I feel deceived. While I will keep the phone, I kindly ask for advice on what to do with the battery because the situation is simply shocking. I regularly purchase items from you, and I believe this is not Amazon's fault, but rather the fault of someone misleading customers. The battery is a huge disappointment—it takes two hours to charge. Thank you.

I purchased a "good quality" Samsung Fold Z 5 after reading a lot of review online and toying between excellent and good. The quality is OUTSTANDING!!!! It looks brand new, not a mark on the phone and works perfectly, even came in the original box with the original cable that has clearly never been used. And to top it off, the delivery came 4 days early! Based on my experience, if you are considering a renewed phone, these are the people to purchase from.
