The media could not be loaded. The video making kit which I received damage it's not functioning the main issue it's not flexible? Tilt feature does not work stuck in one position ? Despite adjustment and troubleshooting fixed in one position. Kindly refund payment and arrange to pickup the damage product

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to start vlogging and I ordered this kit. The quality of mic, light & Bluetooth shutter is very good and tripod is lightweight and easy to carry. Light operates on batteries which we need to put by ourselves. Overall, it is value for money.
