Grains never produced Kefir and, after 2 weeks of trying, the grains completely disintegrated. lolWasted time, money, and expensive milk.

What a gem! These grains came ready to work. I followed the instructions to revive them after their journey and they have been producing heaps of kefir and growing to the point that I needed to store the majority of them and just use a tablespoon at a time. I started with a tablespoon and now I have about 1/4 cup. That's FOUR tablespoons. I need to make some friends who want to make kefir or I'm going to have to build a house out of these grains! As you can imagine, I am a huge fan and so grateful to this company for offering such a quality product. Oh! Most importantly: customer service is exceptional!

My grains did not work. I tried everything to revive them. I want new grains. That was expensive for nothing.
