Really like the sleek and simple design to this. No more manual cleaning for me ,apart from a little mopping here and there.Both the vacuum and mop work well and it's initially just a case of getting yourself set up , defining and mapping areas and setting your schedule. The app is ok as are instructions but not great, however you can figure it all out yourself . Switching between vacuum and mop mode is really straightforward and refilling water tank , emptying dust collection , cleaning filters , maintenance of device is all really easy . Traction and suction - cleaning performance I find to be really good , just a case of applying correct settings for the area.This I guess is a mid range robot cleaner , but have no doubts its performance is reliable and efficient and I believe at the price which is very competitive it is very good value for money and a great option for anyone looking for a robot cleaner.

I am beyond impressed with the Ultenic D10 Robot Vacuum Cleaner! From the moment I unboxed it, it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The setup was a breeze, and the app is intuitive, allowing me to easily control the vacuum and customise cleaning schedules.The suction power is excellent, picking up dirt, dust, and pet hair effortlessly from both hardwood floors and carpets. It also does a fantastic job of navigating around furniture, and I love how it adapts to different floor types without missing a beat. The smart mapping feature is a game-changer, ensuring it covers every area of my home efficiently and avoids obstacles.Another standout feature is the ultra-quiet operation—it’s so quiet that I barely notice it's running! Plus, the battery life is impressive, lasting long enough to clean my entire home on a single charge. This product was purchased in April 2024. I waited this long so I may write an honest review over time. The product arrived well packaged with all the attachments in the box. It was easy to assemble using the quick start guide. The app was easy to find and download with the QRS code, but had no clear cut instructions and required a lot of playing around with the features to determine what the functions do. There are information bubbles that I felt "sold" the function more than instruct you as to how to go about using that function. After the initial automatic mapping, the vacuum recognized my bed as a separate room with no option to merge or delete that section. Even after placing partitions and their appropriate settings to mop, vacuum and repeat, the vacuum does not follow these settings and it is required of you to assess the home page and change the settings appropriately there for each room as the vacuum works (requiring you to be present and vigilant). The mopping function does not work without pressing the "start" button which will clean all rooms (even one's that have carpets). This is annoying after going through the effort of partitioning and placing appropriate settings for each room. The mop pads do no lift at all when travel over carpets or when traveling to recharge (or when not mopping), so always remove them if not required in a certain room. I have also set a cleaning sequence with the partitions, but this too does not work. The vacuum will start from the charging bay going near to far until finished. I have managed to use the multi-map function which works well (I have only used two separate maps). I have used scheduled cleaning, but I cannot delete one's I no longer require. There is now a long list of scheduled cleaning that I do not use. The timing on the scheduled cleaning is 1hour behind. For example, I scheduled it to clean at 07h00, but the vacuum started at 06h00 (it is the same for the afternoons). I like the "do not disturb function". To be safe, I have only used it by placing the start and end times for 24hours. I did not want to be woken up again after learning my lesson with the scheduled cleaning. The dust collection function works well. The remote on the app and the physical remote work well. I have tried the no-go zone once in a small area and this worked well. Since June 2024, the vacuum has started distorting the saved maps and not cleaning the areas effectively. To fix this, I would delete the map and start again. This is now becoming a frequent occurrence and a nuisance. In addition, the latest malfunction included selecting the "bedroom" on the map in order to clean the living room. Despite starting in the living room from the charging bay, the vacuum could not "reach" the living room until I selected "bedroom".My space is small and mostly tiled and thus the vacuum has worked efficiently for me despite the above faults. Although, because of the above faults, I would not recommend purchasing this product. I fear that it is getting worse over time.The Ultenic Support Team provided excellent customer service after contacting them about this product. They were honest, supportive and prompt in rectifying my complaint/review.For that, I have increased my overall rating from 2/5 stars to 4/5 stars.

The media could not be loaded. Have been using a laresar vacuum cleaner for about a year now, saw this one on offer with a dust collection bin and lidar sensor so went for it. Money well spent I would say. The mapping is phenomenal, it mapped the whole open plan 3 rooms in seconds i'm able to tell the robot exactly which spot in the room I want to clean. Quieter than the laresar but hoping the suction is as good. Picks up a lot of dirt within the first pass so must be a more quiet motor. Mop same as the laresar but combined compartment for water and dust. Only one side brush but not sure if it really needs two with how clever it maps the route. High quality and very easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. This is all what I needed. This is my second robot clearer. First one I bought 2 years ago and this is the update and I’m shocked with the improvements and advancement added in. Great battery time, fully functional sensors, self cleaning, powerful suction, not loud, totally app controlled, included mop function. My wife was a bit reluctant to spend money on it after our first one but now she is very much convinced that the upgrade was needed and now we got it. It’s definitely value for money if anyone is looking to ease their life. I don’t think there is a single negative point but if I really want to criticize anything just for the sake of it, I’ll say that it needs dust collecting bags which is an added cost. I think I will be changing the bags every two months so the cost needed to be considered. I found these are £10 for 6 and I am sorted for the year.
