Está defectuosa, el botón de inicio no funciona, la computadora se cargó en la AC y aún así no enciende. HP Víctus 15 is damage the start button do not work, is suppose to be a new computer, we connect the AC to start the computer and is not working. We contact HP and nothing work.I have to take the computer to a specialist and RAM memory is damage I have to replace it. They sold me a computer that was damage.

False advertisement - I got scammed. Do NOT buy this unless you’ve done your research. It claims to beat the NVIDIA RTX 3050, which is completely false. The Radeon RX 6550M is actually comparable to the RTX 2050. By the time I realized this, it was too late. Also, it says it comes with an HDMI cable, but there was none included. On top of that, their return process is ridiculous. Now I don’t know what to do. Update the ram says only 13.6 GB and I don’t know why.
