It’s great to have for the deaf people to wake up if they are at hotel or somewhere.

The vibration is light and will not wake a heavy sleeper. We ended up having to return the first one we purchased because it didn't work. The second was very disappointing. It was uncomfortable and the vibration level was a joke. I do not recommend this product.

I have 2 of these one for my daughter and one for me we are both hard of hearing/deaf. It wakes us up well. Only thing I don't like is all the buttons and as many times you have to push them that's should be simpler

I am extremely hard of hearing and the vibration awakens me to take my five AM medications. The sweatband is easy to get on and off and comfortable to wear all day too. No alarm ringing to awaken the whole household. Thanks for a great product and a solution to my problem.

Alarm vibrating is very faint

I guess I am going to return this. It might be easy for some to figure out, but I can’t even it it set! I’ll try watching the directions, before returning it. Every time I had it on 12 Hr, set it, when I moved to the next step, it changed to 24Hr clock. It]f reading 3-4 times and not getting it, it is not an easy set up. Do you have to go through that every time you have to change the alarm? No thank you for the frustration!

Setting it up is difficult. I now have it working but haven't mastered the whole process. Can't find out how to stop one of the set alarms that goes off at uneeded times, but in general, it works.

This alarm clock helped save my marriage. My wife can now continue sleeping while I wake up. It's great. I put it in a corner of my pillowcase.Company support is also fabulous. They replaced a broken clock within a year of purchasing.
