So, I remembered watching the classic movie Pineapple Express awhile back. I recalled the scene of the "drug dealer" wearing a kimono robe. I thought that looks comfortable and awesome to wear so, I landed on this one. I saw recent posts of the size dilemma and went with an X-Large. I am 5'9, 165lbs and fits well for me. I feel if I were to get a Large it may be too tight, and I am afraid of ripping it. I am satisfied with an X-Large.Material is silky with a nice design in my opinion. Would be nice to be a little cheaper but hey the material is nice with a cool pattern. Would recommend

A little too snug. Go up a size. It’s a really nice robe though. Feels great on the skin.

I bought this kimono robe, and took it to the tailor to have some length taken off so I could wear it as sort of a kimono jacket. The fabric seems nice, and the pattern is cool. I doubt I'll ever wear the shorts that it comes with, but that's all right. I like that it also has a matching belt.

My fault for not looking at the sizing guide, but in what world is 4XL a 34 inch waist?Did not fit. Wasn’t even close.

This komono is exactly the same sold in Okinawa, Japan. I picked up a couple there and 1 got lost in the mail. The vendor I purchased from originally pointed me to Amazon and this product. It is the same one. It's fit is great, the colors and embroidery are beautiful and it brought lots of pleasure to my son.

I gifted this Komono to my husband for Christmas, and he absolutely loved it. The material was soft, it was a light and airy material, and it was true to size. It was a great price but cheaply made. Unfortunately, as my husband tried it on he noticed that one of the belt loops were ripped, so he couldn't close the robe and use it properly.

Just order 2 sizes larger for good fit in US (I am 5 feet 7 inches tall & weigh 160 Pounds). Learn the inside tie string is at your left hip and other is inside right near opening. Tie at left hip. The outside belt is tied like a bow but pull the second loop all the way through before tightening. I do the same for the inside string. I believe it say's "hand wash, hang dry" but I wash in machine and hang dry with no problems. Hang Dry's FAST. I Love the pattern & Price.
