You just pour a little into your tin and brush around with your pastry brush to ensure even coverage which you would need to do with the spray alternatives anyway. I tested first in a couple of bundt tins as I was up for the challenge, one of the cakes was a typical sticky variety. Guess what NO PROBLEM both cakes came out of their tins perfectly, no tapping or shaking required I didn't even flour the inside of the tins. I will definitely be purchasing again!

Used this for a skull shaped cake tin, and it worked perfectly - cake came out with no problems, and had good definition. Didn’t seem to have any unpleasant after taste

Releases cakes great. My one gripe is when you are coming to the end of the bottle I find I have to cut it in two to get quite a lot of the grease out

I was a bit skeptical of this product in the first instance, but decided to try it out. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the performance of this product. I used to struggle with releasing my cakes from the baking tins after baking, but this is now a thing of the past. I have used it twice since purchasing it, and it has performed beyond my expectation. I look forward to placing my second order.

Actually, this cake release quite helpful. However, I found it more suitable if making Madeira cake or any solid cake, its just pop out easily but leaves a very greasy taste if apply a thick layer of cake release.It does not work well at the sponge cake if just apply a very thin layer.Mostly it works successful, depending on what kind of cake tin material you using as well. Thanks

Just love this product! I bake quite a lot and could not be without Cake Release. Easy to use and cakes will never be stuck in the tin again!

Used this product for years until Lakeland stopped keeping it. Delighted that I was able to get this. It’ s expensive but worth every penny. Nothing else works as well.

This product does not work on intricate tins. I used this on a bundt cake and the entire top half stuck.
