First things first the Miami Vice flavor is great tasting, no powder feeling when drinking, and a huge scoop. You definitely feel like you are getting more for your money with Outlift compared to C4, Redcon1, and my fav Bucked up. Compared to the others I mentioned this is a huge container and huge scoop. The caffeine content is high but not extreme in my opinion and for me no tingling or itchy feeling with Outlift. Beta-Alanine content is good at 3.2 grams compared to others and 8g of Citrulline is more than I've experienced in other pre workouts I've used. There is 3g of creatine monohydrate in this if you don't like creatine in pre-workouts this is nearly a full dose from normal creatine only supplements (5g is a normal scoop/dose). Now for the workout I worked out shoulders after my first dose of Outlift, and this stuff worked great for that. I got a great pump in my shoulders (which is uncommon for me at least), energy level was great for the entire 60-90 mins at the gym, and I felt satisfied with my workout afterward. To me this checks off all the boxes one looks for in a pre and worth a look for your workouts. I checked out their website and I believe they have smaller serving sizes available if you want to try it out without spending as much to test out. Give Outlift a shot.

Love how the pre workout makes me feel. Hate the taste of the Miami Vice. Hard to even explain the taste but starts off ok and turns into a strange gross pineapple wannabe taste. I will have to put less water and just chug it.

super value for the quality and quantity

I'm a 51 year old male and workout 6 days a week using a hybrid schedule that I created consisting of Body Beast, P90X and P90X3. I've used several different PWOs including C4, C4 Ripped, Pre Jym, ENGN, Pre-Kaged, Vapor X5, MP Assault etc. Up until today, I was using Assault mixed with citrulline malate and Kaged Hydra Charge (hate the Hydra taste but mix it in to not throw away lost money). I typically go back and forth between Assault and C4. Vapor is good too but I don't care for the others. For intra, I use intracell 7 which is pretty good.This stuff takes all of the above to a new level. Within 15 minutes of drinking (blackberry lemonade taste is great btw), I was ready to rock and roll. Typically, after a workout, I'm rather spent. I was able to get though my workout this morning with relative ease and with more energy post-workout to boot. Not that tapping feet, heart pounding kind of jittery energy either. It was more of a focused energy if that makes sense. I'm fairly tolerant to caffeine so the amount wasn't concerning. Sometimes, I can't wait for a workout to be done or I have to push myself mentally to get through them. In this case, I was ready to keep going after my workout. Granted, I've only used it once but I can tell the difference with this PWO. As a side note, with some of the other PWOs, I have to use the bathroom 1-3 times right after consuming as it really does a number on my stomach. Didn't happen with Nutrex Outlift. Will update with more use.
