Solid addition to home gym with one suggestion.
These straps, and the metal caribiner used to attach them, are sturdy enough to support my 230 lbs. I certainly felt stable enough using them in my home gym. My only suggestuon (and reduction of one star) is that the straps could be shorter or adjustable. My squat rack is standard size, but in hanging I could not extend/straighten my legs without touching my feet on the floor.
