Well, bought it around 3 weeks ago, but finally today I gave it a ride, and let me tell ya, this baby feels like a motorcycle, feels strong when the motor kicks in, overal feels solid on partsconnections, smooth ride, has I great horn, and the seat is way more comfortable than I expected. I got it for a great price as well, and assembly was super easy, comes with all the tools you need, and everything looks good. Also a decent weight for a electric bike .

Ordered an electric bike and it came in defective with a battery that wouldn’t charge. Got an initial approval to return the item but was required by the manufacturer to pay a return shipping fee in excess of $200. Received non-sensical request from the manufacturer to provide images of the battery (as if that would prove anything) after it was already packed up for return. Returned the bike over a month ago but still no credit from the manufacturer for the return. Buy from them at your own risk! Amazon was also very difficult to work with on this issue resulting in many calls and hours invested.

The bike is very very nice I could only get it to go up to 23 mph which is more than fast enough speed limit in my neighborhood is 20 lol bike looks very good as far as quality if I have any complaint about it I think the only thing that is missing is there is no tail light I'm going to upgrade the seat with a backrest and I see they have them with lights built in also going to buy a helmet if I have another complaint it's I think the directions maybe could be a little more self-explanatory I can do a lot of things I was a welder fabricator I love working on old muscle cars but they don't tell you that some of the parts are sacrificial they're only for shipping I was able to figure it out after a couple of minutes The one thing I can't say enough is the price I was looking on marketplace Facebook over and over scam after scam or people wanted more money than what I bought a brand new bike for I accidentally bought two of them so now my wife has one lol

I absolutely love this bike. This is my first ebike so I don't have anything to compare it to. The seat is the most comfortable seat I've ever had. The front wheel suspension makes for a smooth ride.It's a bit hefty but so much fun to ride.The assembly was easy enough out of the box and the instructions were simple enough to follow.

Bought this bike thinking half the cost would be the electronics and they would be attached to a $200 mountain bike, but surprisingly the quality of components are really good. Not as good as a $400 PLUS bike, but like a $300 bike. I also barely had to make any adjustments out of the box, just a very slight adjustment to the high gear on the derailleur. I have replaced the stock pedals and tires, but that's it

This is my 3rd bike from this company...They serve me well.. but customer service gives a huge jerk around

Went to return because they sent me a lemon and saw they’ll only do a partial refund if it has over 10 miles. Well you have to ride it to figure out it’s a hunk of garbage. Already having battery issues. And not from the battery itself because I tested it in the other Jaison bike I bought. DO NOT BUY FROM JAISON go with another company

Great product. Definitely a bit of a pain to put together. As the instruction manual is very vague and the wrong size Allen wrenches were included for assembly. Luckily I had a full size set of Allen wrenches available to me. Also I was missing one hex nut which fastens the LED screen however I was able to put my own in place.
