Great chair. Delivered in 2 days. Easy to put together if you pay attention to which screws go where. Would recommend this chair especially if you're a bigger person . Comfortable, looks great, and a great price! Is very sturdy.

I found the secret to finding the ultimate chair for sitting at my computer. Choose your chair by the weight capacity. This chair is rated for 500 lbs. It is built very very well. all the welds are nice and the powder coated metal is very nice. The only hard part for assembly is getting the holes from the backrest to the body of the chair. I did this alone and probably would have been easier with a helper. The seat is very comfortable and the seat is very large and it allows you to put your whole body deep into the chair allowing your back to be fully in contact with the chairs back and also supports your neck and head very well, I think this chair will be able to last a long time.

I have been using this office chair for 3 months and its been amazing! The leather feels great and is easy to clean. The best part is the lumbar support - it really helps with back pain and makes sitting for long hours so much comfortable. The chair is also very sturdy and well-made so I know it will last a long time, I highly recommend this one!

If I could give this chair 6 stars I would. For over a year I suffered with a smaller "normal" sized office chair. My back hurt, my tailbone hurt and it was SO uncomfortable. My husband got me this chair and I am so impressed. The seat is thickly cushioned and is nice and wide. I am a larger person and can even sit criss cross in this chair if I want. The hydraulic in it is so far strong and I love the adjustable lumbar support. It took me about 20 minutes to put together all alone with no help. The instructions were very easy to follow.

[Buying Experience]: 2/5I purchased this item on the 3rd of December and it gave a window of December 6th-11th. Not a big deal. Check back on the 4th and 5th; still gives timetable for 6th-11th.Check beck on the 6th: Says it will be delivered that day.Repeat process until 11th. 11th it gives a timetable by 6pm. Then 7pm at 6:01pm. Then 8pm. then 9pm. Then December 17th by 8pm. They do say if it doesn't arrive by then I can request a refund.Mildly annoyed but alright, Holiday season, it happens.December 17th at 8pm comes by and goes. No chair.Use feature to contact seller. Answer comes back a few hours later, after I had gone to bed.Next day I check the message. They asked for a phone number. I did not provide and reminded them that Amazon instructs customers to not do this but to instead use the information they already have. A couple hours later they say it's delayed still but provide a screenshot of what they see with the tracking number (the one provided to me not working via FedEx).They did offer me a $50 refund for the inconvenience as well as the option to cancel the order entirely.The Shipping Label didn't even get made until the 9th of December after hours.The chair didn't even arrive to the large FedEx distribution center until yesterday December 18th.Chair arrived today and am only posting it after reaching out to the rep so they don't need to worry about it anymore.The only reason I don't rate this as a 1/5 for buying experience is because the person was so prompt with their responses.[Assembly Experience]: 3/5Not the worst assembly experience. Some critiques on proper drilling/threading of the female ends as well as fit between legs and base they connect to. The Diagram could've been a little clearer.The bottom two screws when getting the back attached to the arms/seat are the biggest pain in the butt.About 30-45 minutes to do by yourself.[Quality of Product]: 4/5Beyond the machining issues which made some parts of assembly difficult there are a couple of stitches which came out of the box frayed. Not a huge deal unless you have a compulsion to pluck.[Product Experience]: 4/5I am sitting in the chair itself while writing this review and it is a comfortable sit. I enjoy it because I enjoy sitting with one leg tucked under me. However I will say, this is advertised for people on the taller end and I can't see how it works for anybody who is over 6ft. It just actually isn't tall enough.[Overall]: 3/5I'm willing to chalk up some of the delays to the holidays, but the fact that the shipping label didn't even get made until a near on week after I made the purchase? Kind of a bad sign for a customer.Assembly can be a little frustrating but is doable by yourself if not using the chair on the floor the box is delivered to: Unpack, assemble base pod, then bring everything to the floor/room it's supposed to be in. It's easier that way.Chair is comfortable but not appropriate for the heights advertised, so buyer beware there?

I am absolutely thrilled with this chair. Though it was a little difficult to put together alone (You'll have to push the screws in a little further than you would think because of the deep threads) but otherwise I am blown away by how comfortable and strong it is so far.I also had a great experience with the customer service, who reached out after I wrote that a screw was missing for the chair. They sent me a whole new screw kit free of charge to finish the chair, and the service member was very professional and understanding.I will be ordering from this company again in the near future. Fantastic product.

Wonderfully made, easy to put together, great price. Spend a lot of time using since I work from home a couple days a week, extremely comfortable.

The chair is wide enough but it does not support anyone who taller than 6'4". Also beware....if the chair doesn't work out for you, even though you can ship it back to the vendor the COST is ALL on you! Do the math....not worth it. My advice, don't order this chair unless you are 1000% sure you are going to like it. The vendor will not budge on sending a PAID shipping label and AMAZON does not help very much with third party purchases. Stay away from buying 3rd party items on AMAZON. It's buyer beware!
