I bought this because I wanted to work on stretching, yoga, and unilateral knee stability/training. The stick offers so much control in mobility, and the added bands further engage and stabilize muscles I am working to train. The stick is sturdy, maybe 5lbs in weight, and includes rubberized stoppers at the end which help to keep it where you want it during your exercise. It also includes the foam pad along the shaft, which makes it easier to stay safe when sweat would otherwise make it difficult to maintain hand placement. This stick can be placed easily in a corner, is roughly the size of a broom handle, and has no bend to it at all. The added bands are low weight vs competing bands, making them great for a starter to resistance training, lending to maintaining great form.

I absolutely love this product. A previous shoulder injury greatly reduced my range of motion and this stretching stick was a life saver in rehabbing it. I use this for stretching before and after exercise and it has now become part of my routine. It’s light, extremely well made, and perfect for my use. The stretching stick also came with note cards with different ways that it can be used which was also so helpful. Really happy with this purchase.

This is a very well made exercise stick! The finish is not slick or sticky, so it works well with lots of movement. Also, the extra pad in the middle is great for a little protection on my neck when doing some exercises. The rubber end-caps are not cheap ones, and are nice when resting one end on the floor.

Packaging is huge, i thought it’s a TV and not the stick. I didn’t see the stretch guide like advertised in the product description. The stick itself is good quality.
