The lock is very sturdy and feels high quality. I chose this as it was the closest colour to other doors in the house. Lots of input options (Fingerprint, PIN, Card, Bluetooth, physical key). Quick to install (replaced existing handle l) where I had to expand some of the holes but easy enough to do.My first unit would not show up in the app. I contacted support who were quick to help and when we could not fix the issue sent a replacement lock next day. Very impressed with the lock and the customer support. Once the lock was in the app it was easy to configure and quite straight forward.

This finger print lock set is such a excellwnt way to secure your goods. I put on my door to my bedroom. Simple to install to door bit can be a little complicated when using with app and fingerprint. However once I te read and took time to work out what I needed this product gives me peace of mind..works effevtuvkt with my fingerprint that I can change with other users etc. Price is reasonable.

Great locker

The quality of the item is very low, it has been built with cheap materials and, the build of it is very bad. There’s a keyhole on the side, when you put the key in and rotate, to open the lock, it grinds on the metal around it, essentially ruining the colour.

I bought a couple so far this is a heavy lock in metal that really feel secure. It also looks great and super easy to set up with the app, highly recommend it

I have been testing this door lock system and find its design functional for basic security needs at home. It provides a simple way to control access, and I appreciate that the setup remains uncomplicated even if it sometimes hesitates slightly during operation. I have noticed that it meets the essential requirements for security without any elaborate enhancements. This straightforward design results in an experience that is acceptable and practical for daily safety.

Long story short: - Bought it, blue tooth wasnt been detected so was in passive mode, spoke to the support lady who asked very few questions before sending a new one out which connected immediately. Cracking product, cracking support and works amazingly at keeping the kids out of the en suite.

The door handles look sturdy and good although a bit bulky which I don’t mind at all, the problem is the app and customer service and for this type of smart locks I believe it is super important!Over a week I am trying to setup the cards that comes with the lock with no luck, the app although simple it doesn’t give you any support or troubleshooting and the app also keeps getting frozen… I contacted the company trough the app a week ago to and no answer and I had to contact them trough Amazon… I’ll keep you updated!
