Q: Why is this listed as 100w when actually measured, is max of 60 watts?

Output sound is 100w... so a 100w speaker is needed.

Q: This is my second one why does it work and then stops then a few days goes buy and it works for a one or two time and completely dies?

Not sure of your issue, I bought mine over four years ago and it worked until I sold the car about a year later.

Not recommended. You will cause an impedance mis-match and it won't be any louder. If fact it will be half as loud as it is now. You will have two speakers outputting approximately 50 watts each instead of one speaker outputting 100 watts. One speaker at 100 watts will be louder than two speakers at 50 watts. If you need it louder get a 200 watt speaker and 200 watt air horn module.
