Purchased these for walking and yoga and they great. Easy to put on and adjust. Perfect weight for movement and the straps that hold them on are comfortable. Love these to help tone my arms up.

I love wearing these weight “bracelets” whenever I am doing housework. I have tiny wrists, so I was worried they would be too bulky/uncomfortable to wear, but they are perfect! Completely adjustable to fit any size wrist. The velcro is strong and the quality is great…these will not move around on your wrist if you put them on tightly. If you already have a muscular athletic build, these probably won’t excite or do much for you. But for anyone else, I definitely recommend!
