Very good chair that is definitely an upgrade from my old office chair. I have very bad lumbar pain sometimes and this chair does help to alleviate it to a degree. I gave 4 stars just because it does like to almost spring you out have it if you have it fully reclined with footrest. If you lean forward the slightest bit it wants to fully go upright. Not a deal breaker just a bit annoying at times. I do however really enjoy the added table it comes with. I paint miniatures alot and also sketch and this is a very nice addition for those hobbies. Overall I would definitely recommend and do enjoy this chair very much. Amazon also usually has much better deals than the actual site for this item as well.

As a gamer that has been gaming for years i go threw a lot of gaming chairs. One of my main ones for years, a secret labs chair, now is proudly replaced with my new Newtral Ergonomic Office Chair. This is by far the most sturdy, comfortable, adjustable, and just high quality chair i have ever used. The chair took 10 mins to put together right out the box with instructions being clear. I can roll around with ease and overall this chair is just perfect. My back has so much support now it is actually shocking. I am in love with this chair.

VERY nice chair. This chair pleased my wife, AND THAT'S HARD TO DO! Her mom got her a really nice office chair for christmas - nice and cushiony, wide seat that would allow her to sit indian style like she likes to do. But she didn't like it for WHATEVER reason. She LOVES this chair. And I agree, it's really comfortable. It's super fancy. The lumbar support is adjustable. You can adjust the depth of the back of the chair (which is great for her because she's short). It even has little leg rests that come out and they're very comfortable (also great for her because, again, she's short). It rolls very easily with or without someone sitting in it. The head support on it is great. It's really comfortable. The thing just LOOKS comfortable, and it is. Probably the fanciest chair we've ever had. Super nice. Can't say enough nice things. Can't really complain about anything either, except maybe that assembly took a little bit of time, but it was easy to do.

I love this chair! Really comfortable, customizable and the desk tray is awesome! I can sit anywhere in my home and work with the removable tray!-only con is i wish there was a way to lock the arm rests settings. If i try to move or get out sometimes the armrests will move around, that could be annoying. And i wish there wasn’t that orange ring on the back? Why couldn’t they have chosen a more neutral color like white?Other than that I love this chair! Good quality.

I love this office chair and it is super comfy that is well made. Over all super happy with getting it and will get one more as I think they are worth the price.
