I've been using this car cover on my Seat Leon for the past few weeks and it's been a god send. It is so much more durable than others that I've had in the past.My windscreen has not been getting iced over during freezing temperatures as well.I'm very OCD about keeping my car clean, and this is doing just that. I'm able to protect the car from leaves, sand, rain droplets, and bird poo. It's so quick and easy to wipe off this car cover, which is another positive note.The material is very thick, and waterproof - which is fantastic. The reflective parts are a great touch, giving visibility in the dark, and ensuring that people are aware that the car is there.Very happy - recommend

Thick waterproof material for all-year-round use and much higher quality than the thin ones I've used in the past. Reflective strips for better nighttime visibility and buckles for secure fitment. Wing mirror pockets are a nice design feature as is the zippered door for easier access to the car.

I wanted to get this car cover to use in the autumn/winter, as there's a lot of trees where we are, so I often spend the mornings clearing them out of the car before I can drive it, which isn't ideal, especially if you're running late! I also wanted something to use in the winter when it's frosty and on the (very odd) occasions that we get snow. Both to protect the car, but also to be able to whip it off and drive it straight away.This is a well-made car cover. It's made of a good, thick feeling material, and it's really easy to fit it over your car. It has elastic sewn into the edges, so it fits comfortably under the car.The features I really like are the wind resistant buckle and windproof cord. This is something the previous car cover I had was missing, and it's something I need, as where we live can be a bit of a wind tunnel! I've not had a chance to see how well this feature works yet, as I've only just put it on the car. I do however think that it already feels securely attached. If I have any issues with this feature I will update my review.The other feature I like is the reflective strips, as where we live people often turn around in front of our drive. However, the strips are only on the wing mirrors and the corners of the car, whereas I would prefer for them to be along the sides of the car as well.Overall, this is a good value car cover compared to others in the market, and I'm looking forward to fully testing it out as we go into the autum and winter.

I've used thin lightweight car covers in the past, but they have never been very satisfactory. They might be easy to carry and fit, but they flap around in the wind, come off easily, and don't last long. This one is heavier, and better made.In testing I have found it to be waterproof and reliable. It can be buckled under the car to keep it secure, and the waist at the bottom pulls tight. For safety there are reflective strips at the wing mirrors and corners, which helps keep a covered vehicle visible. I like the zipped door access - very useful if you need access to the car interior.The material is claimed to be made up of 10 layers, but feels like one solid piece of fabric to me, albeit a thick one. If it is layered it must have been bonded and coated with a few things, and I'd have liked to know what those layers are made up of, others the claim is a bit meaningless. It's unfortunate that no information is currently given, and the claim needs to be justified.For a Ford Focus sized vehicle this cover is ideal. I use mine mainly to protect my car from bird droppings and tree sap, both of which can cause problems with paintwork. When the weather gets icy, I'll also be covering the car over night, to keep it clear of ice and snow.
