MerrellMen's Jungle Moc LTR Sr-Black

I previously had a pair of these shoes that lasted 20 years! I wore them a lot as you can imagine but finally the sole wore through, the upper and surround still looked very good condition I mean like another 10 years easy but alas it was time to say good bye to what felt like the most comfortable shoes I’d ever had.I bought the original pair in a Clark’s high street store long before Amazon, I’d look when I was in a Clark’s store but never saw them again till low and behold they appeared here on Amazon.Snapped up this pair when a deal was on, awaited their arrival (uk10.5 got to love the half size) hoping that nothing had changed or they had become a shadow of the formers quality. But Ive got to say happily when they arrived they looked and felt as the old ones did. Even slipping my feet in to these brand new shoes felt like I was putting in the old set again. I can’t understate how finding good shoes that just fit and are comfortable out the box that don’t fall apart in a few years and slip on nice and easy, I had tried Barbour and Hush puppies before I found these and they just don’t cut it.Choice of colours and sizes are wide and varied suede/leather options abound but price wise that’s when you got to look and keep an eye on prices they are a bit up and down but with patience for £50-£65 (varies up to £120 for some) you can normally get a pair that suit.Can’t recommend these enough Ive now just bought the black suede to go with the gun smoke and will keep an eye for others. Suit lots of occasions, slip on and last for YEARS! But most of all for me personally comfortable.

Surprisingly comfortable. A fairly stiff shoe at first, I’ve only been wearing them for a day but they’re well made (as you’d expect) and very smart (for a suede walking shoe).When pushed, I’d describe them as sticking your foot into warm mud - in a good way. Size comes up pretty small for a 9… certainly quite narrow. The instep is giving a lot of confidence and there’s no sloshing about or twisting of the shoe over hard ground. Very nice shoe for a slip on :)

Versatile and comfortable.Easy to put on and fit good.Really slippery soles when went but ok in mud with the treads.Quality seems good.Style is orthopedic in this brown faux leather .. best get the suede / matt finish ones

These shoes are amazing, top quality leather slip on with waterproof surround sole. Great fit and comfy with great arch support. I will be buying more of these shoes.

I've had many pairs of Merrell's over the years - walking boots, shoes, 'sports' sandals, and this is my second pair of these black Jungle Mocs.I don't know if it's just me but the theme with Merrell's has always been the same: great value (more expensive than the 'rubbish' stuff, but cheaper than the 'top end' gear) but they start off stiff and a bit uncomfortable, yet put a couple of dozen miles on them are they become very comfortable; and durability is very good, not quite excellent but then if you want excellent durability then you're paying a lot more.Specifially for the Mocs I find they start off snug on the width, but not uncomfortable, but they stretch out gradually with wear. Sadly my first pair of Mocs (which I've had for 10 years!) finally ended up with completely smoothed down soles (and no splitting/separating, just worn flat from walking) but they are extremely comfortable, molded exactly to the shape of my feet. I just keep them for gardening and pottering about at home, and their replacements are starting to stretch out nicely.

Fit is a little tight and narrow width and price gone down since buying 😩

I've been looking for a rugged pair of slip on shoes for a while. I live in the woods, so it is impossible to walk around barefoot. Having to lace up every time I needed to take out the trash was annoying, so the slip on is the way to go. These slip-ons fit snug and stay put on your feet, they don't slide around. And they are waterproof, which is a must, especially in the early morning when there is lots of dew to walk through. They are nice and warm too for colder months. And they are rugged! These things are tough, with a thick sole and leather enclosed top. Almost like a boot, but very comfortable. I will be getting more of these in the future.

I bought my first set of Merrell Jungle Mocs in January of 2024 from Amazon. This is now my go-to for footwear, I absolutely love them. They are waterproof, durable, & comfortable. They slip on easily & don't fall off, no matter how much I wear them. When this pair starts to wear out, I will definitely be buying them again.
