Bond-It DPC300 Damp Proof Course Black 300mm x 30m

Whilst recycling industrial lighting as plant pots I had an idea to to line them with this damp course material. Although a bit fiddly to situate in the pots the end product turned out quite well.

I bought this to cover the joists on my decking. You could buy deck joist tape but that would have cost about 4 times as much.The only thing I had to do was cut it to the right width. Sounds a pain but the saving was well worth it and I know this works because I had used it 7 years ago on certain parts of the decking and the wood was in great condition unlike a couple of places that were not covered at that time and so needed replacing.I got the wider roll because I also used it to protect the side of some joists (I wrapped them) They are half buried next to my garden boarders.

Bought to wrap around rotting oak half barrels that have shrubs too large to move. Did the trick
