I liked the product while it lasted. It heated nicely and was made of a nice soft material. My complaint is that it only last six months then just stopped turning on. I’ve tried to find out if there is a warranty on it but can’t seem to get through on the site it just keeps taking me back in a big loop. I feel like a product should last more than six months with occasional use.After writing this review the company contacted me and sent me a new heating pad. I am very satisfied with the product and the service they offered. Thus I changed the rating to four stars!

I've actually got three of these lol - they get super hot, have a great timer with loads of minutes on it. I use for my lower back, my neck, and anywhere else that aches. The cord is super long - the velvet is soft - and they've lastes a really long time. Great product!

It lasted less than 6 months but was used every day. An E3 error message appeared one day and it wouldn’t heat anymore. The design is perfect for wrapping around ears so will purchase again. It’s for a DD friend who has constant TMJ pain.

Overall, I love this product. The knee wraps are soft and flexible and heat up quickly. However, after about a month of use, it started malfunctioning. Instead of it just turning off, it freezes the control and has to be unplugged and plugged back in before it will reset and work again.I've taken to turning it off before it runs out of time and that seems to fix the issue for now but, it seems like it will eventually be a bigger problem.
