We love our nespresso. Our first one came broken but they replaced it for us. The quality of the coffee is better in our opinion and we love the variety of options that you can make with this. The machine is super easy to use and to clean - by using the app it will also tell you what is malfunctioning on the machine and how to fix it.The coffee that comes from it is not too hot and the pot has a large brewing capacity that allows for multiple coffees of different amounts. Extremely functional and easy to use. Highly recommend - especially one with a frother!

This is actually a wonderful product, produces excellent espresso quite easily. I wish there were other ways to get the Nespresso pods, especially at the store, but with enough planning, you can order them online and have them delivered for free.

This is my first Nespresso machine, and the coffee tastes great! I’m a bit disappointed in the design. It’s just a little too short for taller mugs, and if you want to take it on the go—you’ll have to transfer it from a mug to the to-go vessel of choice.It’s also a little odd that the spout is so close to the machine. If you use a thicker mug, you run the chance of it running down the back onto your counter.Another complaint in functionality is the pod loading. Having to hold the top down, while locking it into place is a little awkward, and could be difficult for someone with little hand strength (I wouldn’t buy it for grandma).So far it doesn’t leak and I haven’t had any problems with the machine itself. The quality seems sturdy. The coffee tastes fantastic. The design on the other hand is just odd.

Makes delicious coffee and espresso. We’ve had no problems other than it needing a cleaning to read the coffee pod. The flavors are great, especially the French vanilla.
