Under a tenner for two months supply is pretty good, you pay almost that for a couple of coffees out these days!The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow. I've not noticed any taste or strong smells from them. If you are interested in trying out mushroom supplements then these are a good option. Plenty of information online about what reishi benefits claim to be, worth reading up on it before hand to know what to expect

Took this product for two weeks and felt dreadful, anxious and nauseous with a numbing headache.May be good for some but not me.
