Cold feet have been a problem for me all my adult life. I have used space heaters under my desk, which worked okay but frequently got the whole room too warm. I bought one of those little electric blanket-like pouches, that worked great for keeping feet warm but was always getting folded over, shifting out of place, sliding off the ergonomic footrest I was using. Plus it got VERY dirty, and though it said I could wash it by hand, the first time I did, it wouldn't work for several days. I almost threw it out until I plugged it in one more time. Then I had to stop washing it and that was very... ugly.But when I saw this, it seemed the perfect solution -- and it has been! On my third day now, and I just love it. No sliding off footrest, because it IS the footrest. I can take the cover completely off if I want to wash it. The auto shut off is nice too, especially since it has settings for 1, 2 or 4 hours.The only thing I wish were different is that the cord had a control, instead of the only control being on the footrest itself. (It's tempting to grab it by the cord to pull it up when I want to turn on or off, but I'll just have to resist!)And there is an added plus! It replaces the two heavy traditional footrests I use under my l-shaped desk, and because it's so lightweight, it's easy to just move it around with my foot.To whomever came up with this idea THANK YOU

I've been using that other footrest heater. You know the one. The one that has holes and blows air through them. Yah. That thing stopped working and my feet were FREEZING. We don't have central heat and air, my office is on the bottom floor of the house, hardwood floors on top of cement slab, and the only heating is radiant heating that uses our propane hot water tank so it's rare we turn it on. I plugged this in this morning and within moments my feet were toasty warm. I can't even imagine using the hotter setting on this, low heat seems just perfect. The heat generated by this is much better than the one that blows air and bonus, I can use this AND my space heater and not blow a fuse.

It's nice and soft, and keeps the feet warm, much better than the hard plastic ones.

This product was fantastic for a few months, nice and toasty! Now it doesn't heat up and it practically useless. Please don't waste your money on this awful product.

I obtained the heated foot rest via overnight prime shipping. The foot rest arrived in its own packaging and was securely packaged as one would expect. The foot rest itself seemed like it was built well and it honestly does do it's job. The foot rest has a couple of adjustable stages to suit individuals with different leg lengths. The memory foam on the foot rest to me kind of feels cheap. The fabric on the top of the footrest your feet sit on does feel nice and luxurious though. The footrest heats up properly and it does have a vibrate function. I'm sure why one would necessarily use it for your feet but to each your own.

Loved it, heated up quickly, stayed warm. I bought it in March, it’s now September & it no longer heats up.

I will update this after a few months to see if it was able to last longer than the original sent to me.*original post*the heating part of this is cheap. it broke after 3 months of light use. bought this a gift for someone and it ceased working. they enjoyed it up till this point.
