These really do help with blood flow. After taking them in the recommended dosage for about 2 weeks I began to notice a slight difference which became a bigger difference after just a few more days. So if you need help with your bood flow then I can recommend these for you to try for yourself.

I haven’t been taking this supplement for more than a couple of weeks, but I haven’t noticed any significant differences positive or negative so far. Of course I have to caution you that, as with any supplement, you should check with your doctor or healthcare/nutrition professional to ensure that the product is right for you. No problem, swallowing it though and no unexpected after effects. Benefit of the doubt four star rating.

Standard size capsules, no bad taste, doesn't repeat on me with any foul smelling burps, has no bad side effects, and added it to my arsenal of health and wellness supplements.

Wasn't impressed. Experienced mostly side effects than positives. Not for me.

I guess I was expecting a “natural viagra” effect but left me feeling awful. I guess I was expecting too much. Not for me. YMMV
