This is quite a remarkable product, I have seen many similar baby dolls over the years, what with having many nieces and nephews to entertain but I have never encountered a doll that is so lifelike as this.Straight out of the box you realise the quality is different, just the appearance alone is impressive. To touch and feel the doll is spookily on spot with a real baby, the head alone moves/falls in the exact manner you’d expect with a real baby. The texture and touch is super soft, but not unrealistically spongy. The accompanying clothing garments are exceptionally crafted and even the baby bottle parts are very good. The whole baby is made of silicone and that also means it’s a doll that can be bathed too. The weight out the box is 1.4kg, a smidge over 3 pounds so a very small baby for comparison’s sake.It's very interesting how this baby doll has been marketed, targeted for kids, stress relief for adults, even for an elderly citizen that’s feeling lonely. I guess that’s the beauty of the design and a reflection to the quality as this silicon baby doll really can be loved by many.At the price point, and with reflection to the quality against other dolls I’d bought as gifts for nieces and nephews in the past, along with how good the presentation is out of the box, I don’t think the cost is unreasonable.

This is a cute little baby. It comes in a cute little outfit and wrapped up.Being silicone it gives it a realistic feeling when picking the baby up. It’s soft to touch and hold.My expression is asleep with its mouth open. It does come with accessories which I may not use at all to be honest.At £70 it is expensive but this is pretty standard for these types of dolls.

Realistic weight.He sort of flops if you hold his back, rather like when the paediatrician does the reflex test with your neworn.You have to take care with handling as silicone isnt indestructable and can be pulled apart or bitten through if not handled gently.I think a small child may not manage to dress him and we could not get him back in his little baby suit as his hands and feet dont slide in easily.He comes with a thin white blanket , 2 bottles , they magically empty when tilted, a dummy (bit big but he can hold it if you poke it in his mouth).No diaper so you may want to make him one from kitchen towel and tape.A birth certificate card.The box came in another box so it wasnt a give away when it arrived.He doesnt have any painting except on his tummy button and chest.No lashes or hair.Anatomically correctNo name mentioned which I think is good as most children would rather choose their own babies names.You can bath this doll as her hasnt got anywhere where the water can get insideVery nice quality.Really needs something easier to dress him in.Just incase anyone is interested.He is 10" head to toe which would be a 20 week gestation sizeThey warn to handle carefully, no pulling on the limbs or anything so I would suggest a 6 year old would be able to play with this baby carefully enough

The pictures make this doll look much much larger but in reality it fits in the palms of your hands. However it is beautifully made and natural looking and has a decent wight to it for it's size. It comes wrapped in a beautiful little shawl and with some very toyish looking dummies. Not that the box is a bit cheap looking if you want to give it as a gift, but the doll itself will no disappoint. I am not sure I would buy it for the current price of £70.99 it being so very tiny, but that might he what people are willing to pay for this type of realistic doll.
